A close call

It all took place an a foggy autumn day. Rain was pouring outside, covering the craggy landscape of the outrageous mountains embellished with sprinkles of snow.

Among these mountains lays a tiny cottage, which gives home to Lucas And Andreas, two siblings, both petulant and absentminded. They had been foes ever since the day they had ventured into the broad world.

One day, as Lucas was scolding Andrew for being deceitful by stealing and casting away his school project, his brother’s mind became cluttered, so he billed Lucas in the face. Lucas felt a poignant abhorrence tovards his scoffer of a brother, thus they began wrangling and yanking each other. The fight was so rough that blood was dripping down the walls, bones were shattered and teeth fell out.

When their mother intervened, it had already been to late. She attempted to quell the scoffers, but neither of them were fond of ending the wrangling.

Eventually, the case got unfathomably intricate, as Lucas collapsed without breathing or moving at all. Andrew felt sorrow and panance in the innermost of his heart, but he knew there was no going back if he expired, so he resuscitated his brother’s half-dead body, while feeling his soul withering in pain.

The brothers were reunited and vowed they would never lay a harmful hand on each other, for life was just too precious!
