Christmas Countdown in JZSUK

Monday morning, 8am.

Patiently anticipating in the schoolyard 

to light one more candle than before. 

Eagerly counting down for Christmas in the classroom,

Like our life would completely change 

when the countdown hits zero.

Nothing will in fact change. 

However, a cozy Christmas & a happy New Years Eve are closing in on us.

Santa from the North Pole, Angels from the skies and 2026 by every ticking second. 

Because of our pure, childish anticipation, 

When the fourth candle is lit and the countdown hits zero, 

The school doors open for the last time this year 

And we happily run out: 

Without any worry about Math or IT tests, 

Without any homework, 

And without any arrogant inviduals at sight. 

As from that moment on

The celebrations & freedom finally begins.
