Evil Meets Love - part 3-4

Part 3

“Why are you doing this? We’re not your enemies, we’re your family! This town was full of friends and family members. Why would you want to kill all of them?”
“Do you remember that Christmas morning? We went down to see the presents and during the time we opened them, Billy, the frog, ate the full Christmas menu.”
She laughs out loud. Her eyes are as shiny as they were when she was little.
“I want you to laugh too. I really love your laugh. I want you to laugh when I kill you!”
She screams hysterically and starts crying.
“Hey! Calm down. I’m here for you.”
               I hug her tightly.
               “I’m so sorry…”

Part 4

“It’s okay, you were tired and scared. I’ll help you, okay? We’re a family, we can do this together.”
“No! We’re not a family anymore! This is not a family! We’re just two girls who have nothing!”
“Don’t worry, darling, we’ll figure it out. We will move to another city or village, and we start a new life, okay?”
I’m trying to stay calm, but I’m still afraid of her. As if she were reading my thoughts, she takes the knife and tries to stab me.
“You lie! You always lie to everyone. Years ago, you said you had a palace in the forest, but you did not. You said you would take me to London and buy me everything I wanted, but you never did. You said you’d always be loyal to your family and your town, but you have it is all just lies. Why do you lie to me? If you lie, then I’ll lie too: Sis, I won’t kill you, because I love you.”
               “Pam…Calm down.”
She tries to stab me again. She misses it. I see it in her eyes that she will try it over and over again, until she gets me. The Evil One is way more powerful than she could ever be. I tried to help her, I really did, but I have nothing to do now. I won’t run away anymore.
