Her Vacation

A girl named Lily went on a family trip to Greece. However, she wasn’t happy about it, because she couldn’t see her friends for two weeks.

She needed to pack her things, which she didn’t do with a lot of joy. Instead of appreciating that her parents were taking her on a really expensive and wonderful holiday, she kept nagging about not wanting to go. When they got on the airplane, Lily started to listen to music, but that didn’t last long, because there was no internet connection. She got even more mad.

“Lily, why don’t you look out the window and see this amazing view!”

“Leave me alone, mom, I have already told you that I don’t want to go there and be by myself all day.”

After they arrived, they went to eat lunch. Everybody took a nap, then they went to the beach. The girl was mad until she saw a jaw-dropping boy. He was the most beautiful man she had seen in her entire lifetime. He had curly hair with hazel eyes, and tanned skin. The guy noticed her staring at him and called her to swim. Lily felt butterflies in her stomach.

“Hi, what’s your name?” asked Lily.

“Nice to meet you, I’m Jack, what about you?” asked the boy smiling.

“My name is Lily.”

They got to know each other, and they found out that they were in the same hotel. After walking a lot on the seashore and swimming, they met again at dinner. After two days, Lily’s opinion about this trip changed because of Jack. They liked each other really much, and had a lot of fun. They met every single day and had the time of their lives.

One night, Jack took Lily on a date and he showed up with flowers, asking her if she would be his girlfriend. She said yes, and they had their first kiss.

The trip lasted two weeks, and the young couple had two more days left together. They got really sad because the girl was American, and the boy was Spanish. At first, two weeks had seemed like a lot, but time just flew by.

After saying goodbye, they got unhappy that they would never see each other again. Lily said sorry to her parents after being so disrespectful about a holiday, and they forgave her. The couple still kept texting, but that wasn’t the same. It was time for going in a new school for her. Fortunately, Lily and Jack got into the same school because he moved to America, because of college.

They got really happy to see each other again and continued their interrupted adventures.
