It is night time.

The lights are shining throughout the city

The sound of happy, excited students,

The laughter, murmurs, which are making the city more and more alive.

The music from bars,

Spilling warmth into the cool air,

Drifting like a promise through the streets,

As the city breathes in the rhythm of the night.
