The beauty of the forest in Winter

As we go on the stony path leading into the soul of the forest, the numerous minute insects and butterflies are extremely intriguing, thanks to their unpredictable movements and fluttering. Continuing our way, we can observe different-sized chasms, which were dug up by some tiny souls trying to survive and make it through the cold winter, while orbiting around the forest in hope of putting hands on some nutrition and water.
As the winter slowly but surely passes, we can hear the river following the same route that it has been since its beginning, feel the sheen of the sun’s rays and the ground plants that are teeming below the gigantic, swaying trees that hinder them from barely accessing any water. These small plants are also pleading the multiple, but also at the same time individually solitary trees for some sunshine.
Overall, the forest takes its farewell, since it will retreat from nature for three extensive months, until the ecosystem beckons that spring has made its arrival, and the forests could glow once again until the next winter, assuring a homestead for thousands of animals.
