What is love?

I have been thinking for a long time what is the topic in which I am really interested, and I realized that it was love. But what is love? I think that it is a very common sentiment in this generation. It can be very complicated, and it has so many definitions, but for everyone it’s a different thing.

According to my mindset, love can be expressed, in most of the cases, just in actions, not words. This sentiment is similar to a rollercoaster, once up, then down. Sometimes it’s like you own the whole world and you feel like you’re in Heaven, but sometimes it can really hurt and put you on the ground.

Some people have been writing philosophical thoughts for a long time if there is a difference between loving and liking someone but it's evident that if you love someone, it isn’t the same thing as liking someone, love is a more powerful emotion. For example, if you like a flower, you just rip it off and you keep it until it withers, but if you love that flower, you water it and take care of it every day.

As a final thought, I would say that love can hurt you, but overall, it’s an absolutely wonderful feeling.
