A striving to reach

Something to express

Anything to proclaim

Staring deeply into vacancy

Made me realise, gently:

Glancing at my laptop

Wouldn’t make me wealthy

The precious time invested

Always affects the outcome

However what does it influence

If I haven’t had anything done?

I have composed a few words:

One letter after the other

However, I have no idea

To what I want to refer

I feel like I’m suffocating

Draining from lack of creativity

Or, perhaps

The monotony of humanity
